Hayes Knight NT are registered consultants with the Department of Business Industry & Resources Development (DBIRD) and can assist you to gain up to 50% funding to develop a comprehensive business plan.

Hayes Knight’s DBIRD-assisted programs work to improve the performance of your business. These programs include:

  • Business Diagnostic

Establish the actual position of your business and identify its operating environment as well as its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

(Up to $3,500 government subsidy. This will cover the Business Diagnostic Program)

  • Business Planning

Provides structured planning and timelines to enhance business performance by addressing strategic priorities, maximising strengths, and addressing threats and weaknesses.

(50% subsidy for grants up to $20,000. Maximum $10,000 assistance)

  • Business Growth

Address strategic issues for the future growth and improved performance of your business.

(50% subsidy for grants up to $8,000. Maximum $4,000 assistance. On-going)
