Hayes Knight is led by Directors Bruce Sinclair and Simon Everett, who have long shared a goal of providing a quality business consulting service that is holistic, forward thinking and focused.

Bruce and Simon first worked together in 1985, and in 2001 jointly established Sygnum Financial Services as a progressive one-stop-shop accounting and business consultancy firm. Sygnum became the Western Australian representative firm of the Hayes Knight Group in October 2010.

Frances Arnold is the firm’s Manager Assurance Services.
