Heather Bennison

Heather works primarily with family owned businesses providing a broad range of business services and taxation advice. It is her hands on approach and tax knowledge that is appreciated by her clients.
Rising from a graduate role at Hayes Knight 25 years ago, she is a now a Director of Hayes Knight NSW.
In addition to her business services work, Heather is actively involved in the management and audit of superannuation funds. The rapid increase in the number of SMFs in Australia, increasingly complex rules, and the compliance focus of the ATO, mean that her skills are always in demand.
Heather also manages Superssentials Pty Ltd, Hayes Knight’s audit of SMSF outsource service overseeing the smooth and efficient audit and compliance requirements of SMSF funds across Australia.
Heather is also a presenter on technical tax and superannuation issues and works actively with other professional accountants on the knowledge Shop help desk.
