Our Presenter

Matt is the Director of Financial Planning for Hayes Knight. He is dedicated to the profession and how it can influence people’s lives.

Matt works with clients to hone their goals and put the steps in place to realise those goals – whether it’s developing plans to build and manage wealth, managing the complex superannuation rules to maximise family outcomes, or arranging insurance to provide financial resources for those we love when things go wrong, Matt’s integral role in client planning helps secure a positive future.

Specialising in private wealth management and retirement planning, Matt has expertise in helping clients build wealth, plan successfully for retirement and manage life transitions including divorce, redundancy, and managing the transfer of wealth when someone dies.

He has many years of experience as a successful adviser across SMSFs and listed investments including direct shares, exchange traded funds and other listed securities.

Matt also has significant risk insurance experience, having worked for several years in an insurance brokering firm where he provided life insurance advice and advised business owners on their succession plans and insurance funding mechanisms.
