CCH Australia once described Greg as a “serial entrepreneur.”
He has a passion for a challenge and brings a wealth of practical experience and an astute commercial mind to his leadership of Hayes Knight and the corporate services team.
Greg specialises in strategic planning, working with enterprises going through a structured growth or development phase. He has significant experience in mergers, acquisition, divestment, succession planning and execution, and is an expert in SME business valuations – he literally wrote the book on SME valuations (see A Practical Guide to Business Valuations for SMEs).
But it’s Greg’s genuine interest that clients appreciate most. He is always curious about what clients are trying to achieve, and passionate about helping them create the best possible outcomes.
Greg is a former managing director of an ASX listed financial services group, and a founder of Hayes Knight, Merit Wealth, and Knowledge Shop. His experience is not from the sidelines.
